We would like to offer you once again a diverse program of lectures, practical small group work, and clinically oriented seminars. Additionally, we aim to allocate ample time for international exchange of your experiences.

Course content: Infectious diseases including malaria, HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis, malnutrition, paediatric emergency care, introduction of Emergency Assessment Triage and Treatment (ETAT), gynaecology and obstetrics, cardiology, surgery, dermatology, oncology, laboratory services, psychosocial aspects of paediatrics, international players in globald child health, intercultural challenges, health systems in countries of varying political stability and scientific research in Global Child Health among others.

The course is furthermore designed to allow for thorough international exchange of expertise and for networking with colleagues with matching interests. Course content is transferred by means of lectures, practical workshops, seminars in small groups as well as discussion rounds.
