Based on our deep belief in the role of law in achieving justice and promoting sustainable development, and in line with keeping pace with global legal transformations and rapid legislative developments, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the First International Legal Conference of Gulf College, entitled: “Legal Challenges in Light of Modern Developments.”

Researchers and academics from various universities and legal institutions inside and outside Saudi Arabia are welcome to participate. Submitted papers will be published electronically, and accepted papers will be published in peer-reviewed scientific journals indexed in global databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and others.

This conference aims to highlight the latest legal developments, anticipate the future of legislation in the era of digitalization and globalization, and provide a scientific platform that brings together legal experts and practitioners from around the world to enhance legal dialogue and exchange expertise.

The conference will be held from October 8 to 9, 2025, at Gulf College in Hafar Al-Batin and online, with the participation of a distinguished group of researchers and legal experts. This conference comes within the framework of strengthening academic and research cooperation between international legal institutions and finding innovative legislative solutions that align with current legal challenges and the vision of future justice, in line with Saudi Vision 2030
