Junkanoo Festival has been a traditional event, celebrated over the years in African, United States of America (USA), and the Caribbean Islands. It incorporates styles of war dance from battles typical Africa tradition, music, and costume to project and promote black culture as a unifying force for the black descendants over the world.The International Junkanoo Festival of Culture and Tourism seeks to set up a permanent exchange between tourism, musicians, researchers and cultural stakeholders in the diaspora and permanently connect people of African Origin together.The International Junkanoo Festival of Culture and Tourism scheduled to take place from the 24th to 29th of October. 2023 in Toronto, Canada under the theme ‘Afro Historic Renaissance, Junkanoo the Unifying Force’,There will be intellectual presentations by renowned historians, traditional rulers of Africa, Tourism agents and Government Cultural and Administrative bodies. This is a program that incorporates the various carnival forms, Masquerade dances into historic perspective.We are working together with the World carnival Commission in delivering a very informative tourism and cultural Event and exhibition.Kindly find the attached flyer and request for program endorsement for your perusal.
