Circular economy is now in transient state. Presently, there is a mixed energy portfolio including fossil fuels and renewable ones, while renewable materials portfolio is still heavily relying on fossil resources.
In a not so remote future, the fossil resources will be decreasing and the mixed energy portfolio will change accordingly and shift towards renewables.
The synergy between renewable energy developers at all TRL (technology readiness levels), such as academia, upscaling & technology transfer endeavours and final users is a must for a successful transition. The ones who will succeed will lead the economy of the future.
The ambition of this conference is to contribute to this direction. All stakeholders are invited to present their endeavours and create the potential for fruitful collaborations in Paris, France.
