We cordially invite you to join the 29th International Symposium on Advancement of Construction Management and Real Estate (CRIOCM 2024). CRIOCM 2024 is jointly organized by the Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management (CRIOCM) and Chang’An University. The CRIOCM conference is a pivotal international event in the field of construction management and real estate. CRIOCM 2024 will bring together practicing engineers, researchers and other professionals for interactive and multidisciplinary discussions on the latest advances in construction management and real estate. A series of special events will be held during the conference, including Journal Editor-in-Chief Forum, Research Methodology Workshop and Industry Forum. CRIOCM 2024 will be held in Xi’an, China.

The main theme of CRIOCM2024 is Greener, Safer and Smarter Construction Management and Real Estate High Quality Development. We welcome paper submissions from academia and the industry that align with the theme and the topics below.
