The ICREM is a biennial conference series organised by the Institute for Mathematical Research (INSPEM), Univeristi Putra Malaysia, since its inaugural in 2003. With the joint efforts from our distinguished partners, the ICREM5 and ICREM8 were successfully organised by the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia in 2011 and 2017 respectively. The ICREM6 was successfully organized by the Institute of Mathematics, Vietnam Academy of Science & Technology (IMVAST), Vietnam in 2013.

This year, INSPEM with ITB, IMVAST, Thai Nguyen University of Education, Vietnam (TNUE), Malaysian Academy of Mathematical Scientists (AISMM) and Universität der Bundeswehr München, Germany (UniBw) are delighted to announce that the 9th International Conference on Research and Education in Mathematics (ICREM9) will be held at Universiti Putra Malaysia, MALAYSIA, from 02 – 03 August 2021.
