5th International Congress on Research and Innovation in Food Engineering, Science and Technology (IICTA 2021) will take place on 13-15 October, 2021 in Colombia.

Authors will have the opportunity of withdrawing or submitting new or revised versions of their abstracts for inclusion in October 2021. All authors will receive an email regarding the status of their submission by 30 May 2020, providing information on how to confirm or cancel their current participation to the Congress in October 2021.The submission process will continue during 2020 and the next year. The revised and final deadline for abstract submission for the Congress will be announced shortly.
