Submission Instruction
Submitted articles should be reported originally, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Submission Type
* Abstract submission for presentation only without publication.
* Full paper submission for both presentation and publication.

No Submission: If you don’t want to submit any articles, please just register as listener. You can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.

Paper Page Limit
The minimum page limit for full paper is 8 pages including all figures, tables, and references. When it exceeds 10 pages, each additional page will be chargeable.

2. You also can submit to conference email box: icieb@academic.net.

The submissions will be subject to a double-blind peer review for technical merit, significance, relevance to the topics, etc. For acceptance or rejection, the authors will receive the result from icieb@academic.net.
