At the 40th anniversary of this international conference, we will be looking ahead to the next forty years of polymer processing, considering the evolving perception of plastic in a fast-changing world. The PPS conferences serve as a premier global forum designed for academics, researchers and industry, for discussions across a wide range of topics on polymers and polymer processing. It serves the purpose of uniting some of the most prominent and emerging intellects on the global stage, highlighting new technologies and clever innovations.

On behalf of the Polymer Processing Society, The University of Auckland and the Centre for Advanced Materials Processing and Design (CAMMD), we are pleased to announce the 40th International Conference of the Polymer Processing Society, to be held in Auckland, New Zealand on April 22-25, 2025.
