Cancellation of your 31st IPA Congress registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at info@ipacongress.org stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.

Please note:

  • Cancellation before 31/12/2024 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value (excluding Taxes)
  • All cancellations done between 01/01/2025 to 31/03/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value (excluding Taxes)
  • All cancellations done between 1/04/2025 to 31/04/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value (excluding Taxes)
  • All cancellations done post 01/05/2025 will be non-refundable
  • All refunds will be processed within 6 – 8 weeks of the completion of the conference
  • The timestamp of the email will be considered as the official date of the cancellation request
  • Taxes value is non-refundable for any type of cancellation
