All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Accepted papers will be published into proceedings as a volume of Springer Book Series: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering. The book series is now indexed by EI Compendex , Scopus, Inspec, SCImago, ZbMATH etc for indexing.
