The first IEEE ICCCI was sponsored by IEEE and Central China Normal University, P.R.China, which was held in the beautiful and historical city Wuhan in 2016. The second and third ICCCI were successfully held as a virtual conference owing to COVID-19. Following the successes of previous ICCCI, the 4th ICCCI will be held in Chiba, Japan during June 24-26, 2022, which is hosted by Chiba Institute of Technology, Japan, technically co-sponsored by IEEE Japan Council, IEEE Tokyo Section, ITE (The Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers), Nagoya Institute of Technology, SCIEI, Central China Normal University, etc.
