Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. Submission Instructions
Submission Requirement:
-English is the official language. Paper should be prepared and presented in English.
-Full paper (no less than 5 Full Pages) submission is required for Publication and Presentation.
-If you want to make a presentation and publish your paper, submit a full paper; just want to make a presentation, abstract is enough.
