Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. Submission Requirement:
-English is the official language. Paper should be prepared and presented in English.
-Full paper (no less than 5 Full Pages) submission is required for Publication and Presentation.
-If you want to make a presentation and publish your paper, submit a full paper; just want to make a presentation, abstract is enough.
