** Conference Proceedings
Submissions will be sent to at least two conference committee members for peer review. Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be published in conference proceedings, and submitted for abstracting and indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.
** A few set of extended papers will be recommended to International Journal of Future Computer and Communication for peer review, and accepted papers will be published free of charge, which will be indexed by Crossref, Electronic Journals Library, INSPEC(IET), Google Scholar, EBSCO, etc.

All honourable authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts and papers to TechDev. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

1. The official language is English. The submitted paper should be no less than 4 full pages and prepared carefully according to the conference template.
2. Abstract submission is acceptable but it will be accepted for presentation only.
