The 11th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoICT2023) will be jointly organised by Multimedia University (MMU) Malaysia and Telkom University (Tel-U) Indonesia. The theme for ICoICT2023 is ‘Accelerating Digital Transformation for Human Well-Being’, which is focusing on the role of ICT as a mean to improve the human well-being in several aspects including but not limited to education, quality of life, security, and healthcare.  The conference will be held virtually via online conference platform during 23-24 August 2023. ICoICT2023 delivers a prestigious interdisciplinary conference for researchers, engineers, and students throughout the world to present their most recent ideas, innovations, and trends in the fields of Information and Communication Technology. The conference is technically sponsored by IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics (SMC) Malaysia. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Proceedings from the previous ICoICT (2013-2022) have been published in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus.
