1. All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Accepted papers will be published into international conference proceedings in Springer book series: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, which will be submittted to EI Compendex , Scopus, Inspec, SCImago, ZbMATH etc for indexing.
