This prestigious event is scheduled for June 19-21, 2025, in Zurich, Switzerland. The conference theme, “Space Exploration: New Frontiers and Technological Challenges,” sets the stage for exploring the latest advancements in the field.
As Chair of AEROMEET2025, alongside ACME MEETINGS, I invite you to be a part of this momentous conference. This is not just a conference; it is an international platform where you can engage in discussions and share significant advancements in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering. We look forward to your active participation and contributions to what promises to be a highly dynamic and impactful event on June 19-21, 2025.
The conference manager Yashwanthi of AEROMEE2025 invited me as a keynote speaker. I sent me CV and request for more information several times but no reply from Yashwanthi. Some of my work can be found under https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=9R-WurwAAAAJ&hl=en and https://www.researchgate.net/profile/H-Yee.
Please inform me if this invitation is genuine. Many thanks, Sincerely, H.C. Yee, PhD

Subject: Waiting for your reply Re: [EXTERNAL] AEROMEET2025 Needs You!
Dear AEROMEET2025,
I am still waiting for your reply as I need you to send me an official invited keynote speaker invitation letter. The only information about the conference is under https://www.crestlinechamber.org/event/international-meet-expo-on-aerospace-and-aeronautical-engineering/Since. There is no detail provided. I cannot view https://aerospaceengineering.acmemeetings.com/ as it indicated “it is not a trusted web link”.
I am working for NASA, the exact location of the conference (not just the city) needed to be listed. In addition, usually the conference registration fee is waived for keynote speakers, thus, it must be included on the invitation letter if the registration fee is waived. If I receive the official invitation letter, I then will try to obtain a travel grant to accept your invitation. Enclosed is an over a year-old CV. Due to security, I am not able to provide you a photograph.
Sincerely,
H.C. Yee, PhD
